In my free time, I enjoy building intricate ROKR wood hobby kits—a hobby that reflects my love for precision, creativity, and problem-solving.

Adaptability

People who are especially talented in the Adaptability theme prefer to “go with the flow.”

They tend to be “now” people who take things as they come and discover the future one day at a time.

At one time, in a state of joblessness, I took a Taxi License and drove a ComfortDelgro Taxi for several months to continue being a provider for the family.

Arranger

People who are especially talented in the Arranger theme can organise, but they also have a flexibility that complements this ability.

They like to work out how all of the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity.

Flowcharts and SOPs are my favourite to create. It makes work processes clear, easy to communicate to and reduces misunderstandings.

I formulated a tracking method that helps me monitor many things in one single Smartsheet page.

Developer

People who are especially talented in the Developer theme recognise and cultivate the potential in others.

They spot the signs of each small improvement and derive satisfaction from these improvements.

I guide and mentor those under me, teaching and guiding on work and life. I enjoy it when I help the younger ones, especially like a brother.

Because of these, I trained and became a Coach.

Restorative

People who are especially talented in the Restorative theme are adept at dealing with problems.

They are good at figuring out what is wrong and resolving it.

When I see an issue, I dont avoid it. I collate the information relating to it. Then after understanding it, bring it up and discuss with the key people.

Sometimes, this means updating the SOP and work processes to prevent a future lapse.

Belief

People who are especially talented in the Belief theme have certain core values that are unchanging.

Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for their life.

I brought in the concept of Smoking Cabins because it benefitted the non smokers, especially the children. Developing this product was meaningful for me.

Having done sales, in Singapore and in Indonesia, I have met clients, created a relationship and assisted in providing solutions to them.

Creating the brand Smoking Cabin was fun. Designing the solution, constructing the prototype, testing. Then marketing the solution to companies and government agencies.

Supporting the growth and strategic positioning of Wonder Jets, a premium private aviation service specializing in bespoke jet charters across Asia and beyond.
Advising on branding, website development, and client engagement strategies to align with UHNW expectations and luxury travel standards.
Assisting in the creation of business development materials, service workflows, and partnership proposals for aircraft operators, FBOs, and VIP clientele.

I’m a certified CERT (Company Emergency Response Team) Team member and SIC (Site Incident Controller), serving both at my company and at church. I’m passionate about serving my community and ensuring safety in times of need.

I’m also a licensed pilot. I particularly enjoy Instrument Flying!
